
Since it’s inception in 2011, the Bike Shed has been a place of Common Ground, where people from all walks of life come together to share their passion for two-wheels, whether they ride a motorcycle or not. Within our community we also have a motorcycle club, for riders, but you do not have to be a member or a rider to enjoy our hospitality and unique experience.
We are now the largest independent motorcycle blog in the world, with the largest social media presence and a world class annual show, with new shows in the making. The venue attracts visitors from all over the world and as a pure hospitality venue we rank in the top 3% of all restaurants in London on Trip Advisor, which is down to great service – not just the good food.

Bike Shed Motorcycle Club (BSMC), founded by Dutch and Vikki, is a celebration of moto culture, from the bikes themselves to fashion, grooming, food and drink. Two-wheeled enthusiasts can meet likeminded riders with a BSMC Membership and enjoy member-exclusive discounts, events and monthly rides. The Bike Shed team encourage the community to create adventures in and out of the Bike Shed space. Members have bonded over a much-loved Bike Shed event and gone on to plan rides across Europe and jungle-biking holidays in the far East. That being said, you don’t have to be a member to visit the Bike Shed and enjoy it’s hospitality. Bike Shed’s doors are open to everyone from all walks of life and the team are outwardly expressive about its inclusive culture. Its London base in iconic Old Street, Shoreditch, will be joined by a Los Angeles branch in 2021 – spreading the brand’s wings from the UK capital to the glorious west coast of the United States.
